An RP journal for the narrator from Welcome to Night Vale. Not mine. Mun is older than 18, muse is at least an adult and possibly as old as time.
Cecil, whose last name may or may not be Baldwin, is the radio announcer for a town in which everyone is a monster, lunatic, time traveler or even worse. He is geeky, cute, friendly and possibly has tentacles. He seems to be clairvoyant. He is very fond of his town, from the secret police to the five-headed dragon. He wants to remind you that you should not approach or look at the dog park, that angels are liars who do not exist and that wheat is dangerous. He has a crush on a very confused scientist named Carlos, who has perfect hair. He probably won't eat you, drive you insane or turn you into something unspeakable, but the last barber to cut Carlos's hair was found wandering in the desert muttering . . . on the other hand, that sort of thing is fairly common in Night Vale.
